PNF Stretching
More intense. Contract, release, go further. Best when you want mobility to build over time.
Back, pelvis, hips, legs, neck or shoulders that keep coming back tight. No time to stretch each week? I come to you.
Available from 5amThe same full-body stretch costs less when it becomes your weekly rhythm.
Weekly assisted stretching in your home, with the same practitioner and progress followed over time.
Assisted stretching, guided slowly, wherever suits you, at home, in the garden or the park. Sixty or seventy-five minutes, from $170. Pet friendly, your pets can stay around as you need, I can always manage.
The first visit reads your body properly. So it runs one hour, with a full-body mobility screen and a first assisted stretch.
Three things happen inside the hour.
I draw your full-body Mobility Map, a complete reading of how your range moves from hips to neck.
You receive a full PNF session, the guided contract, breathe and release the practice is built on.
And you leave with a simple personal plan, short enough to live with.
The $99 is credited toward your first month of Le Rythme if you join within seven days.
Drawn in your Foundation Session
In your first session I map how your body moves through hips, hamstrings, calves, shoulders, neck and lower back. It is not a medical assessment. It is a simple, practical read of where your range feels open, where it guards and where it is worth returning to.
We repeat it each month, so you can feel what is changing instead of guessing. That is why the weekly practice works so well. You are not chasing a feeling. You are watching your own range come back, month after month.
The guided contract, breathe and release the practice is built on. You press gently against my resistance, hold, then breathe out, and as the muscle lets go I take you further than you could reach alone. You take part in this one, and it is where range is won.
You lie down and I do the moving. I take a limb, find its edge, and hold you there while you breathe. When the breath lets the tissue go, we travel a little further, then release. You do nothing but breathe.
Every session weaves the two together, guided by another pair of hands that reads how far to go and when to stop. Request a first session

A full-body sequence, worked slowly from the feet upward. Hips, hamstrings, lower back, shoulders, neck. Nothing rushed and nothing skipped. I move you through each position, adjust the angle to how your body answers that day, and hold only as long as the breath asks for.
Table, towels and travel within my area are included. You settle after the session. Late evenings and weekends are held at a higher rate, settled when we confirm the time.

Le Rythme is assisted stretch, held weekly. A single stretch session can give space. A weekly rhythm helps the body keep returning to that space instead of starting from zero. So I hold a standing weekly place for the people who want the practice, not the one-off. Mobility you keep, because we do not restart every time.
Le Rythme opens with twenty founding places. The founding rate stays yours for as long as you stay, and your Foundation Session is credited toward the first month. When they are taken, they are taken.
Lock your stretching. Same day, same hour, every week.
Days folded over a screen leave the chest tight and the hips closed. Length undoes what sitting has set in.
You load the same lines again and again. Assisted length is the maintenance the training itself never gives back.
Reaching, turning, bending down. When the everyday movements feel smaller than they were, this is where they open again.
Something you can move and breathe in. Soft, loose clothing you would wear to train is ideal. Nothing tight at the waist or the shoulders, and there is no need to undress for this work.
No. I bring the table, the towels and everything the session needs. You only need a clear area, roughly three metres by two, and I set up the rest around it.
No. You lie still and I do the moving. Your only task is to breathe and let go on the exhale. Most people leave looser and calmer than they arrived, not tired.
Length is one way in. Some bodies want to switch off first, others want the load worked out of them. Three disciplines, one pair of hands.
Tell me how your body feels and where it has grown tight, and we start with that.
