Farid in French army uniform, before moving into in-home massage and recovery work

I was injured for years. I learnt the way most people learn, which is late. The body gives notice long before it stops, and I was too busy to read it.

I spent seven years as a sergeant in the French army, then fifteen years of competitive basketball and handball, semi-professional in both. That taught me discipline, pressure, recovery, and how much the body remembers.

I am two metres tall, with the long back and stubborn hips that come with it. The same span shapes the work: one wave from the crown, one from beneath the feet, crossing the length of you until the whole body has been met, without the rhythm breaking halfway through.

Today I bring that calm into private homes across Neutral Bay, the Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches to Balgowlah: one practitioner, one room, full attention.
