Le Cercle

Le Cercle. Your hour, held every week.

A standing in-home session kept for you at the rhythm your body needs, from every week to once a month. Signature Massage when it needs calm, or Recovery + Cupping when it feels loaded. Member rates from $200 a session, and the more regular the rhythm, the lower the rate.

The rate falls as the rhythm holds

No inflated savings and no crossed-out numbers. A single session is $240 for 60 minutes and $320 for 90. Inside Le Cercle the more often your hour stands, the less each one costs. Member rates, per session.

Calm

Slow full-body work when your system needs quiet and pressure that does not rush.

The architecture

An architecture of care

Most in-home massage is booked one session at a time, chased whenever the week finally allows a gap. Le Cercle is built the other way. Your hour is reserved before the month begins, and the same hands return to a body they already know. A rhythm you keep, not one you chase.

Continuity

The same hands, month after month

I keep the reading of your body across time and notice what changes in it, so the work compounds instead of restarting. The one thing a single session can never hold is memory.

Protected access

A place inside a defined relation

Your hour is standing, kept for you, rather than left to depend on whichever slot happens to open. Access is the quiet part of the value, present before you think to ask for it.

Mobility

Care that travels with you

Homes, weeks away, a season of recovery. Your standing hour moves with you across the North Shore and beyond, rather than breaking each time your life does.

None of this stands in for the work itself. The hands-on hour stays the heart of it, and the architecture exists only to protect that hour and let it deepen over time. Continuity is also what lets the body be read across the months, the Mobility Map drawn again rather than once. The long relation is the real thing Le Cercle holds.

Who it is for

Le Cercle is built for three people

A membership has to earn its place in your month. These are the three I built it for.

i

The one who never gets to the appointment

You mean to book, and the week takes it back. Le Cercle removes the deciding. The time is standing, in your home, waiting for you.

ii

The one who wants the same hands each time

Three months in, I already know where you hold it. The work compounds because it does not restart. That is what continuity buys you.

iii

The one whose body keeps the count

Not another random reset. A cadence your body can rely on, month after month, held for you rather than chased.

The weekly engine

Le Rythme, the weekly assisted stretch membership

A weekly stretching program in Sydney is the surest way to keep mobility rather than rebuild it. One standing slot each week, the same time, the same hands, so hips, backs and shoulders held tight by work or training stay open instead of closing over again.

60 minutes, weekly, $140 per weekThe steady dose. Enough to hold your length across a full week.
75 minutes, weekly, $170 per weekThe deeper session, for bodies loading hard or opening slowly.

Le Rythme opens with a founding circle of twenty, and seven places are still open. The founding rate stays yours for as long as you stay. Begin with a Foundation Session, the first visit with a full-body mobility screen, and the $99 is credited toward your first month if you join within seven days. When the twenty places are taken, they are taken.

This suits the one who trains, the one who sits at a desk all week, the one who wants a reliable turn for the body rather than a rescue. It is also the gentlest way into Le Cercle.

A membership rewards a regular commitment. A preferred rate, and time that is already held.

How it runs

How it runs

A regular massage plan in Sydney should be simple to hold and simple to leave. Here it is.

  1. 01

    The same practitioner, every time

Directly with Farid. No roster, no stranger at the door.

  2. 02

A recurring slot, kept for you

We agree a day that fits your week and I protect that hour.

  3. 03

    Pause or stop by message

A travel month, a quiet season. Tell me and we hold or close it, without a fuss.

  4. 04

    Care that travels

Home, a second residence, a heavy week away. The work travels with you across the North Shore and beyond.

The person who arrives

The same hands, over time

Before you keep someone in your month, you should know who arrives. French, seven years in the army, fifteen years of competitive basketball and handball, semi-professional in both. What stayed from all of it is patience.

A membership is a small commitment, so I keep the number of members small in return. We start with a conversation, and the held session itself is a Signature Massage or Recovery + Cupping, 60 or 90 minutes, whichever your body asks for, unhurried, in your own home.

A quiet enquiry

Ask for a place

Le Cercle begins with a conversation, not a checkout. Tell me how your month feels and where you are, and we find what fits.

Message me. Usually replies within the day.
